This paper takes the roadway stacking stereo garage as the research object,and innovates in the access vehicle device,adopting the double-storage vehicle pick-up device.Firstly,the paper expounds the research status of stereo garages at home and abroad,and introduces the mechanical system and control system of the roadway stacked garage.The research of the three-dimensional garage mainly involves the design of the dispatching aspect and the control system.In order to better study the three-dimensional garage,the paper combines these two aspects and completes the access vehicle for the three-dimensional garage double-car storage device.Strategically compared with the single-car car pick-up device in terms of time and energy consumption.According to the length of the user's parking time,a scheduling strategy based on user behavior to park the vehicle is proposed,which is combined with the location allocation strategy of the nearest parking vehicle to determine the final parking position of the vehicle.After determining the parking position of the vehicle,the operation of the stacker is optimized.According to the cat group algorithm,the optimal path of the stacker operation is obtained through MATLAB simulation.The optimal result obtained by the cat group algorithm was realized by PLC.The operation of the Siemens S7-300 series PLC controlled stereo garage was adopted,and the running program of the stacker was programmed by STEP7 software.In order to control and monitor the operation of the stereo garage,the WinCC host computer monitoring software was used,and the running screen was configured.Combined with the STEP7 software,the operation of the stereo garage was successfully monitored,and the connection between the upper computer and the lower computer was realized.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole thesis,and it will looks forward to fish development of the future three-dimensional garage.This paper provides an improved method for accessing vehicle devices and accessing vehicles in the roadway stacking stereo garage,which can be referenced in practical applications.Figure 38;Table 7;Reference 46...
