Research And Design Of Vertical Lifting Stereo Garage

In view of the increasingly prominent problem of parking, this paper focuses on theresearch of stereo garage, by comparing and analyzing the characteristics of various type ofgarage at present, final choice of vertical lifting stereo garage as a design type of garage,complete design and control system of the main motion structure of garage. The maincontents of the thesis as follows:(1) clear stereo garage structure and operating principle: in consideration of variousfactors, based on the reference to domestic and international research on the overallstructure, completed the three-dimensional garage, the garage operation principle.(2) the system design of stereo garage lifting mechanism: by comparison, we use theelevator body as part of the fork lift mechanism. To finish the lifting driving system andbraking system, transmission parts, including hanging chain sprocket system, elevator forkand guiding system, counterweight system, balance weight, reducing motor power,elevator fork position detection and safety limit system5parts design.(3) the system design of shogging mechanism: stereo garage parking in this partmainly completed about a transverse drive system, the central shaft traversing drivingsystem, traversing bracket and the clapboard, traversing bracket load state detection system,transverse position detection and safety limit system design5parts.(4) the system design and research of stereo garage control: determine the hardwarecontrol system of stereo garage composition, use of Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC as thecore control system of the stereo garage, and specific research and design on the part of thefunction to access the vehicle.
