Research On Supplier Quality Management Of A Company Based On Supply Chain Collaboration

This paper first introduces the research background and research significance,and research methods and ideas of this article mainly,through the concept of quality development,quality management,total quality management theory,the six sigma management theory,the concept of supplier quality management and quality management of common tools theoretical explanation for the theoretical basis for this article.For the actual problems faced by company A suppliers.To begin with,at the supplier selection stage,it is proposed to optimize the supplier development process in order to strengthen the strategic synergy with the supplier.Then at the product development stage,it is proposed to collaborate with the supplier on the advanced product quality and coordinate the supplier to complete the potential failure mode and effect analysis,which improved the innovation ability of Company A's suppliers.Finally,it has been improved from the six perspectives of personnel management,equipment management,parts management,method management,environmental management,and change point management,aiming to improve the ability of suppliers to keep continuous improvement that enable suppliers to anticipate fully and maintain a high level in quality field in mass production phase.Finally,here is a summary of the three stages of company A's supplier quality management,which is to optimize the supplier development process,cooperate with the improvement of supplier innovation capabilities and continuous improvement of supplier quality management after mass production,and provide a certain theoretical reference for company A's supplier quality management in the future.
