TD Company is a local electrolytic aluminum enterprise in Xinjiang.Its TD brand aluminum ingot is a high-quality product in Xinjiang.At present,the company has an annual output of 130,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum and a total of 2,500 employees.In combination with the national electrolytic aluminum market and the existing electrolytic aluminum production capacity of TD Company and the construction plan of the expansion project,for the same production workshops of scale and process standard,the time required to build a factory is twelve months.Because its construction plan is closely related to many projects,such as civil engineering and equipment installation,its engineering requirements are higher.Combined with these characteristics of the project,it lays a solid foundation for the progress management analysis of this article,and also has a positive reference for TD's future project construction.Under this condition,the article takes the construction of electrolytic aluminum plant as an example,and summarizes and discusses the project management and management plan of electrolytic aluminum plant.Based on the relevant theory of dynamic schedule control at this stage,this paper discusses the schedule and control of electrolytic aluminum project.There are four main aspects of the article:1.The content related to project management is introduced,and the internal relationship between project management and schedule management is discussed.In addition,the internal relationship between schedule control and other project management is explained.2.It analyzes the project-related problems that TD Company has in the process of not yet construction of the electrolytic aluminum plant,and studies the causes of these problems.3.With reference to the advanced experience of engineering construction projects similar to the construction project,the project management method is used to scientifically and effectively analyze and control the engineering tools,such as cross-section maps,so as to conduct in-depth discussion on the specific situation of progress control.4.This paper starts from the management,technology and economic aspects,puts forward the specific strategy of the implementation of the schedule,and summarizes the realization of the goal of TD Electrolytic Aluminum Plant.
