Study On Construction Risk Evaluation Of Urban Bus Rapid Transit Project

In recent years,urban BRT projects have developed rapidly and have become an important way to relieve the traffic pressure.However,because the urban BRT project in China has a shorter development time compared to some developed countries,and itself has some characteristics such as large construction scale,complicated technology and complex construction process,how to strengthen the construction risk management of urban BRT projects has become a significant research topic.Risk assessment is an important part of risk management and the basis for implementing more effective risk control measures.Therefore,the research on construction risk assessment of urban BRT projects in China is in line with the needs of engineering practice and has good practical significance.In this thesis,the research status of risk management of construction projects at home and abroad is introduced,the definition of risk management and its main contents is expounded,and the main characteristics of urban BRT projects is summarized.On this basis,the risk factors affecting the construction of urban BRT projects were summarized,and the construction risk assessment index system of the urban BRT project was established.Then,through the AHP,the weights of the risk assessment indexes were determined.The fuzzy comprehensive assessment method was used to divide the construction risk of urban BRT projects into three grades,and the construction risk assessment model of urban BRT projects was built.Finally,the Wuhan Optical Valley BRT project was chosen to give a case study.The risk grade of the project was calculated,and the corresponding risk response measures were proposed based on the assessment results.The results provide an effective reference for the construction risk assessment and risk management of urban BRT projects in the future,which is conducive for the contactors to strengthen risk management capabilities,reduce the construction risk of BRT projects,and improve the management level and efficiency of the project.
