Research On The Application Of BIM In Curtain Wall Design And Project Management

At present,BIM technology has been widely used in building curtain wall engineering.However,most of Chinese curtain wall enterprises are still in the initial stage of BIM technology development.Therefore,this paper will study the application of BIM technology in building curtain wall design and project management.First of all,this paper introduces the basic situation of the current building curtain wall industry and BIM technology and the development and application of BIM in the building curtain wall.It also expounds the research results of BIM applied in various stages of building curtain wall design and project management.Discusses the role and application value of BIM in building curtain wall engineering.Secondly,by using Revit software in a curtain wall project of sports center complex design and project management work compared with the traditional model.It is found that BIM does not cooperate with the donstream of the building curtain wall engineering application,curtain wall professional BIM software is not perfect,etc.And analyze the reasons for the problem.Finally,through the above research,explore how building curtain wall engineering can better apply BIM technology,And prospected the development and application prospects of BIM technology in curtain wall design and project management.
