Research On The Application And Management Of BIM In Curtain Wall

Building information model(BIM),as an innovative tool and mode of production,is the direct application of information technology in the construction industry.As an integral part of the facade of building,the mechanical degree,the degree of assembly and the degree of parameterization need more BIM technology to design,manufacture and management.There have been some projects in the curtain wall projects have been applied to the BIM,for example: Shanghai Center,Tianjin Zhou Dafu and other projects,and received a good effect.Through reading a lot of literature related to the BIM that little research in building curtain wall of BIM,especially BIM in building curtain wall on the whole process of the application is still lacking,the government has not yet issued the corresponding standard,so this study has a certain theoretical value.The goal of this paper is three points,respectively: a case study of BIM in building curtain wall construction and its application value before design;application and value of BIM combined with case analysis in building curtain wall construction drawing design stage;combined with case summary BIM in the application and value of building curtain wall project management.This paper mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduced the industry background and the theoretical background of this paper,analysis of the development of China's building decoration industry and building curtain wall,and the main research objectives of this study,research methods,research content,technology roadmap.The second part is the basic concept of BIM and the development status at home and abroad,mainly introduces the related theory of BIM and related software,discusses the development of BIM at home and abroad.The third part is the exploration and management of the use of BIM in building curtain wall engineering,mainly discusses the application of BIM in curtain wall construction drawings and construction drawing stage before the stage,construction stage and based on the management of curtain wall engineering technology BIM.The fourth part is the application of BIM case analysis of the application of BIM technology and the center of Shanghai,through the case analysis method and comparative method,mainly discusses the comparison of application of BIM technology in the project of a building "and the application of BIM technology in the center of Shanghai.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study and the prospect of the future BIM.In this paper,through the study found that BIM in the construction of the curtain wall construction drawing stage,the construction drawing stage,the construction stage of theapplication,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)building curtain wall construction drawing stage before the use of three-dimensional modeling software BIM,can directly reflect the joint construction and installation,can let the owners and experts judges clearly component system engineering,has won the bid for the project,control in 3% within the accuracy of cost estimation,cost estimation time reduced by 80%.(2)the construction phase of building curtain wall is mainly used for BIM cooperation,establishment of 3D information model and visualization design professional,to resolve the conflict and found,can save 10% cost,can shorten the 7% period,the elimination of40% budget changes.(3)building curtain wall construction stage BIM is mainly applied in the construction simulation and construction quality control,prevention and reduction engineering due to various problems causing serious damage to the project,the BIM model can guide the construction of virtual BIM data model,can effectively control the material,BIM model has to maintain the operation of the project.
