Research On Micro-reconstruction Design Of Outdoor Space Of Unit-type Old Community Based On PSPL Research

The public space in the old community is an important part of the urban public space.It provides people with outdoor interaction and exchange places in the most direct way,which is closely related to people's daily life.However,due to the long-term and frequent use of these factors,these communities are gradually “aging”,showing a series of problems such as the decline of community public activities,the lack of public facilities,and the incomplete supporting facilities.The quality of life of residents,the construction of a happy community and the construction of a harmonious city.Therefore,the research is based on the outdoor space of the unit-type old community,and the scope is selected in the Shapingba District of Chongqing.These outdoor conditions are faced with these conditions in the old community,and the PSPL research method is based on the unit type.The outdoor space of the old community conducts environmental quality analysis and space life survey,and attempts to build an evaluation system suitable for the outdoor space of the old community in the old-fashioned community based on the evaluation system of the PSPL research method.Evaluation and analysis,and based on it,a set of design strategies for the outdoor space micro-reconstruction of the unit-type old community in Shapingba area of Chongqing is proposed.The introduction part of the first chapter mainly introduces the research background,the research status at home and abroad,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,and puts forward the research methods such as PSPL survey method and literature analysis,and organizes the research framework.The second chapter is mainly about the related concepts and theoretical research of outdoor space micro-reconstruction.In order to provide theoretical and methodological guidance for future research analysis and design strategies.The third chapter mainly studies and evaluates the current situation of community outdoor space and community outdoor space activities based on PSPL research method.Firstly,four old communities,including the construction area of the B District,the construction of the Dongcun Village,the Shengli Community,the Xinsheng Community and Family area of the light bulb factory,were selected as the research objects.The PSPL survey method was used to record the current situation of the community outdoor space and the community outdoor space activities.Based on the previous research,the fourth chapter makes a reasonable screening and appropriate adjustment of evaluation indicators and evaluation criteria based on the PSPL survey,constructs a community outdoor space evaluation system,and classifies and analyzes the outdoor space of the survey community.In the fifth chapter,based on the above evaluation results,the corresponding design strategies for the outdoor space transformation of the unit-type old community are proposed,including the overall reform strategy of the community and various outdoor space classification micro-reconstruction strategies.The sixth chapter is practical research,combined with the current situation and characteristics of the community,the design strategy of the previous text is applied to the research of the outdoor space micro-reconstruction design of the new village community,and the feedback of the reform plan is completed.The paper concludes from the theoretical research and design strategy.Conversion to practice.Finally,the summary and outlook of the full text research.
