Research On Quality Evaluation Of Beijing Historical Block Public Space Of The System Construct Based On PSPL Survey

Historical block based on the Beijing Public space as the research object,research to PS(Public space)and PL(Public life)as the main body,double from the Angle of space and users respectively evaluate the material space environment of Public space and social activities.The core content of research is to build Beijing historical block public space quality evaluation system,based on the PSPL method,combination of network public opinion analysis and SD(semantic parsing method),using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,many Angle more comprehensive,objective and scientific to evaluate the current situation of the public space quality.At the same time,south of the lane block as an example for empirical study,to test the feasibility of evaluation index and system,and put forward according to the results of the evaluation of targeted public space quality,and the strategy.Research is divided into five parts.First of all,summarize and combing historical block public space,space,quality assessment and the related research methods(PSPL,network public opinion analysis,SD method)of practice and theory research,demonstrates the importance of this study.Second,on the basis of the basic concept of public space in historic district in Beijing,the related theory and method,lay a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent research,at the same time demonstrate PSPL the applicability of the method in this study,and the feasibility of network public opinion analysis combined with SD method.Sampling Beijing again 20 pieces of typical historical block,through literature review,Internet investigation and field survey analytical Beijing historical block public space characteristics and its existing problems.Then on the basis of above analysis to extract Beijing’s historic district public space quality assessment elements,based on the PSPL method from two aspects: PS and PL screening evaluation indicators,through qualitative and quantitative index data,combined with the network public opinion analysis and SD(semantic analysis)to make quantitative qualitative indicators,construction of Beijing historical block public space quality evaluation system.The lane blocks south of the last example,for example,examine the feasibility of the quality evaluation system,according to the analysis of quality evaluation results at the same time puts forward targeted public space quality strategy.This paper aims at a comprehensive understanding of Beijing’s historic district public space quality present situation,improve the quality of Beijing historical block public space,and to revive the historical block of public space.Build Beijing historical block public space quality evaluation system,the universality of assessment method is put forward.Theoretical significance: abundant historical block public space quality evaluation methods,to promote Beijing update historical block protection and public space to create the coordinated development of system research.Practical significance: provide empirical reference for the research on public space,and other relevant and methods for reference,put forward targeted nanluogu xiang block public space quality strategy.
