Research On Emergency Capability Assessment Of Dangerous Goods Air Transport Aircraft

With the rapid development of the air transportation industry,air transportation has become the first choice for people's travel and cargo transportation for its features: quickness,safety and convenience.At the same time as the volume of air traffic continues to increase,the risk of air transport is also increasing,especially the number of unsafe incidents on dangerous goods transported by air is increasing dramatically.After an unsafe incident occurs on the aircraft during the transportation of dangerous goods,it is necessary to promptly carry out emergency disposal to ensure the safety of life and property of the passengers on board.In order to ensure the safety of air transportation,it is necessary to conduct an assessment study on the emergency capability of the air transportation of dangerous goods to confirm whether the on-board emergency capability can meet the requirements of air transportation safety.Firstly,on the basis of the emergency disposal process on the air transport dangerous goods,this paper identifies the influencing factors of the emergency capability of the air transport dangerous goods from the perspective of people,machines,circumstance and management and the framework of PSR(pressure,status,response).Through the questionnaire survey method,the indicators affecting the emergency response capability of air transport dangerous goods are further screened,and then the indicators are classified by factor analysis to establish an emergency capability index system for air transport dangerous goods.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is selected to subjectively weight the evaluation index,the entropy weight method is selected to objectively assign the evaluation index,and the objective weight and subjective weight are integrated on the basis of considering the advantages and disadvantages of tnem,and the air transportation risk is obtained.The comprehensive weight of the emergency capability assessment indicators on the product.Finally,this paper uses the approximation ideal value(TOPSIS)method to establish an emergency capability assessment model for air transport dangerous goods.The integrated weights calculated by subjective and objective are added to the Euclidean distance calculationto improve the approximation ideal solution(TOPSIS)ranking method.To evaluate the emergency response capability of air transport dangerous goods.Through the assessment results,we will put forward some measures for improving the emergency response capability of air transport dangerous goods...
