| With the rapid development of China's socio-economic, large number of western resources development and the establishment of coastal chemical base, industrial gas demand increasing year by year. In the course of railway transport, gases are liquefied and compressed, its needs higher requirements than other species of dangerous goods in railway transport.In this thesis, based on the current status of dangerous goods transportation by rail, and related issues in dangerous goods transportation abroad, and then based on the physical and chemical properties and transport hazardous in gases, this research involves safety technical conditions in railway transport and the analysis of transport capacity in special rail line, then evaluate the coordination of transport capacity.First, analyzed the harmfulness of the gas of dangerous goods by introducing its definition and chemical and physical properties, and the accidents and its cause during transport were analyzed according to the occurred cases.Then, according to the gas of the dangerous goods relevant regulations and standards, transportation safety technical conditions which include storage tank, loading and unloading conditions, railway freight and security conditions were analyzed and integrated in equipment materials, safe distance and so on. Considering the gas of dangerous goods'serious hazard, the strict treatment has to be done to uniform safety requirements.Third, the influence factors of the private rail line transport capacity were considered comprehensively from the railway engineering design, gas dangerous goods characteristics and the fire method of dangerous goods, and the relationship between these factors and transport capacity, the special requirements of the factors by the design principle, design method and dangerous good were analyzed. The private rail line transport capacity and the key limited point were analyzed according to the capacity of storage, rack, loading line and freight transportation.Fourth, in the actual transport process, equipments coordination related to transportation capacity is hard to quantify. The private line equipment coordination evaluation index of gas dangerous goods was established by analysis of the properties and the general goal of the issue, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the transportation technical equipment coordination degree accurately.
