Study On The Lifestyle And Residential Space Types Of The Old Industrial Residential Area Of "Hong Gangcheng" In Wuhan

Residential environment is closely related to our lives.It is an important place for human existence and life,and also a place where urban evolution and renewal are intertwined with emotional and cultural identity.The old industrial residential area of Hong Gangcheng is an industrial residential area built by Wuhan Iron and Steel Works in the middle of the 20 th century.This paper takes the old industrial residential area of Hong Gangcheng as the research object and combs the changes of residential life style and living space from the beginning of the residential construction in 1955 to the present according to the historical development thread.Taking the life style and living space type of old industrial settlements as the breakthrough point,based on the cross-disciplinary research of architecture,housing science,typology and sociology,this paper studies the changes of life style and living space type in different historical stages.Through literature research,field research,case analysis and other research methods,this paper combines the life style of residents in old industrial settlements with the type of living space in a specific period,and makes a comprehensive study of the form,structure and function of living space,as well as the various factors affecting the life style of residents.Summarize the law of the change of the type of living space with time,the difference of distribution system,the change of property rights,and analyze the influence of the main body of life,the form of life and living conditions on the change of living space type,so as to further explore the relationship between life style and the type of living space.First of all,through the search and reading of historical documents in the early preparation stage,we can understand the political,economic and cultural background of the old industrial settlements in Hong Gangcheng in different periods,and collect first-hand information from the field investigation of the old industrial settlements in Hong Gangcheng,to find representative residential cases,and combine with the track of historical development from the time of completion,plane form and number of building floors.In addition,the distribution system,ownership of property rights and other aspects of residential space type change law,research important historical node residential space type change and residential lifestyle change.Secondly,interviews with residents in typical cases are conducted to get a deeper understanding of their real life conditions.By analyzing the differences of different lifesubjects,different life forms and life styles under different living conditions,the students are analyzed from eight factors: family size,family population,family composition,work style,leisure style,communication style,economic conditions and housing conditions.Reasons for the formation of lifestyle.Finally,combined with the change of living space type,the relationship between the change of living subject and the inner space,the change of living form and the function of living space,the change of living conditions and the structure of living space are studied,and the internal relationship between living space type and living style is analyzed.And through the study of living room,bedroom,kitchen and toilet space evolution law of residential space evolution.This study finds that the residential space of the old industrial residential area in Hong Gangcheng has experienced from the simplification of the mode when the residential area was first built,to the diversification and rationalization gradually,and then to the enrichment and humanization of the spatial structure and function combination in recent years.In the process of the development of old industrial settlements,the property right of residential space has changed from public ownership to private ownership,resulting in the impact on residential space and lifestyle.In view of the existing problems in the development of residential space in old industrial settlements,this paper puts forward that the residential space suite should be miniaturized and diversified to create flexible and variable adaptable space,which can provide some reference for the construction and development of residential space in old industrial settlements,and guide the design of residential space in the future to better serve the inhabitants.
