| The new type of urbanization is an important strategy that China has recently implemented.The vigorous development of this major development strategy will inevitably lead to major changes in the utilization pattern of rural settlements.To reveal the impact of new-type urbanization on the evolution of rural settlements,this is not only a rural development issue,but also a major change involving the development of the entire society.This study has important practical significance for the development of a new urbanization strategy.The main research object of this paper is the rural settlements in Jizhou District of Tianjin and Tongzhou District of Beijing,which are listed as new urbanization pilot areas.Through the manual interpretation and interpretation of multi-resolution high-resolution remote sensing images from 1960,1980,2000 and 2015 in the two regions,the spatial distribution vector data of land use was obtained,and on the basis of which the rural settlements in the study area were extracted.Based on the above results,follow-up research work was carried out.The research content mainly includes four aspects:(1)Land use changes during more than half a century of 1960-1980,1980-2000,and 2000-2015 were systematically studied,and the characteristics and mechanisms of land use change in the study area at various times were comprehensively analyzed,and two pilot sites were identified.The characteristics of land use change were compared and analyzed,and the similarities and differences of land use changes at different periods were summed up,and the leading influencing factors of land use change in the two research areas were further analyzed.(2)Analyze the evolution process of the area,number,shape and spatial pattern of rural residential areas in each period from the perspective of ecological landscape pattern,and summarize the evolution pattern of spatial patterns of rural residential areas in different periods.The comparative analysis of the characteristics of the spatial pattern of rural settlements in the same period in the two pilot areas was conducted..(3)Using spatial kernel density estimation method to calculate the spatial density of rural settlements in each study period,and based on spatial kernel density distribution of residential areas,analyze the spatial differentiation characteristics of rural settlements.Using the data analysis tool of ArcGIS 10.5 to calculate the spatial kernel density values of rural settlements in each period,the intensity and spatial distribution of rural population density changes at each stage of the township scale are taken as a future development strategy.The important theoretical basis for the formulation was formulated;Then analyze the spatial kernel density of rural settlements comprehensively in the two regions,and summarize the spatial evolution characteristics of rural settlements in different stages.(4)Based on the above analysis results,in conjunction with the State Planning for New-type Urbanization(2014-2020)and the Several Opinions on Further Promoting New-type Urbanization Construction issued by the State Council,and the important national leaders have made important scientific judgments on new-type urbanization at numerous national conventions.They have pointed out the scientific and practical measures to control the development of new types of urbanization of rural settlements from the township scale of the study area.Research indicates:(1)The process of land use change in rural settlements in the two pilot areas is roughly the same.The land use in 1960-2000 was mainly affected by the macroeconomic policies and demographic changes and migration of the country at that time,of which changes occurred mainly in rural areas during 1960-1980,and changes occurred mainly in cities and surrounding areas during 1980-2000;2000-2015,Both urban and rural areas have experienced rapid development,but the rate of urban development is much higher than that of rural areas.(2)Through a systematic study of the spatial evolution of residential areas and summing up their evolution patterns,we can see from the perspective of the development of residential areas,the changes in rural settlements in the two pilot areas are roughly the same,in 1960-1980 and 2000-2015.During the two periods,the expansion of rural settlements in the two regions was more obvious,while the development of rural settlements in the middle of the middle 1980-2000 was relatively slow.From the perspective of the spatial pattern of residential areas,the rural settlements in Jizhou and Tongzhou have completely different development patterns.Jizhou mainly increases the number of residential areas,while Tongzhou focuses on the integration of residential areas.(3)The total area of rural settlements in the two pilot areas increased rapidly from 2000 to 2015,and there was no obvious settlement of residential areas.It can be seen that the expansion and integration of rural settlements in a certain area will cause the residents to relocate The density value is significantly reduced,and the new residential area will increase the kernel density of residential areas in the area where it is located.Based on this,it is located in the northern mountainous regions of Jizhou District,Xiaying Town,Sungezhuang Manchu Township,Luozhuangzi Town,Guanzhuang Town,Xujiatai Township,Tongfangyi Township,and the southern plain area of Bangjun Town,Houjiaying Town,and the lower The obvious increase in the kernel density of Cangzhen has greater potential for development in the future.The kernel density of residential areas in Tongzhou District showed a decreasing trend,and the area where the kernel density of rural settlements decreased is relatively obvious.The main distribution of the kernel density is in the central part of the familyowned Huizu Township,the central part of Yongledian Town,the middle and western part of Huoxian Town,and the southern area of Xiji Town.Compared with other regions in the county,these areas have great potential for development in the future,and small town development strategies should be implemented in these areas in space. |
