This paper conducts on-the-spot investigation and inspection of urban gas pipeline network in Linxia city,investigates the design and construction acceptance of urban gas pipeline section,the training of operators during pipeline service,the operation of the pipeline section,the environmental conditions around the pipeline section and the internal and external corrosion of the pipeline section.Based on the analysis,the evaluation model of the failure probability of urban gas pipelines in use is established.The analytic hierarchy process combined with the entropy weight method is used to weight all the indicators,calculate the risk value of each pipe segment,and then carry out the risk level.Division.Finally,the evaluation results are compared with the traditional evaluation results.Suggested measures to reduce the risk value of the pipeline are taken for the sections that are evaluated as higher risk and higher risk.Finally,the paper uses VB development language to develop the gas pipe network hydraulic adjustment calculation software,which can calculate the hydraulic adjustment for the mixed multi-gas source branch and ring pipe network composed of different pressure levels and different pipes.The goal of obtaining relevant high-order data can be obtained by inputting the basic data of the gas pipeline network,which simplifies the process of actually calculating the relevant data of the gas pipeline network and reduces the requirements for the calculation personnel.In order to make the integrity safety assessment and integrity management of the relevant gas pipeline network in the future,it is easier to obtain the relevant data required for the evaluation criteria.Maximize economic benefits under the premise of safeguarding national resource security and urban residents' property and personal safety.The main findings of this paper are as follows:(1)Through field research,the main failure risk of urban gas pipelines is third-party damage,followed by the intrinsic safety of pipelines.The focus of risk control and management of urban gas pipelines should be on population density,public education and inspections,the depth of the pipeline,and the service life of the pipeline.(2)The analytic hierarchy process combined with the entropy weight method is used to assign the weight of the evaluation model to the evaluation model and the risk classification of the city gas pipeline segment.The advantages of this quantitative evaluation are fully utilized.Based on the analytic hierarchy process for pipeline evaluation,the entropy weightmethod is also used to reduce the influence of subjective factors.The calculation process of the traditional risk assessment method is relatively simplified,and the characteristics of the city gas pipeline are considered comprehensively.Compared with the traditional pipeline risk assessment method,the risk grade of the city gas pipeline finally determined in this paper is more in line with the actual situation,and can better control the risk of urban gas pipelines.(3)The development of relevant hydraulic calculation software for gas pipeline network has effectively reduced the difficulty of risk assessment of urban gas pipeline network and improved work efficiency.Support can be provided for the establishment of a city gas pipeline network database.Conducive to the integrity management of urban gas pipeline network.
