Town gas is a significant symbol of modern urban.Pipeline gas brought convenience tomillions of households,simultaneously,underground gas pipeline across the streets of citiesand towns,including densly populated areas,commercial and recidentialareas,etc.Thus,complex situations was caused around the gas pipeline.If an accidentaccurs,the consequences,social impact environmental damage and economic loss will be veryserious.Pipeline integrity management is a series activities of the pipeline managers to ensureintegrity of the pipeline.Specifically, the pipeline managers identification and evaluationconstantly the risk factor which pipeline runs according to the lastest information,and takeappropriate risk mitigation measures continuously,control the risk at a reasonable andacceptable range,achieve the purpose of continuous improvement, ultimately prevention andreduction of pipeline accidents,assurance the safe operation of pipelines economically andlegitimately.The purpose of this project is:by way of the six cycles of integrity management—datacollection、identification of high consequence areas、risk assessment、integrity assessment、repair and maitenance、performance evaluation, analyze and evaluate underground gaspipeline of Longgang distruct,Shenzhen,and implement corrective measures.In order toensure the integrity and intrinsic safety of gas pipeline system.Supply natural gas ofcontinuous、safe and reliable to the user.And does not adversely affect to employees,thepublic,the users or the environment,to achieve the ultimate goal of no accidents running.The main content of this topic is:make use of the theory of pipeline integritymanagement,combined with the actual situation of the gas pipeline of LonggangDistrict,Shenzhen,explore a number of higher feasibility methods to risk assessment of theregion`s underground gas pipeline network.,and initially established integrity managementsystem of underground medium pressure gas pipeline,provides scientific and reasonabletheoretical guidance for safe and stabe operation of the regional gas pipeline network.
