In recent years,natural gas as clean energy has greatly promoted the rapid development of urban gas pipeline network.City gas pipeline network as gas transmission and distribution system,operating environment is extremely complex,more harmful factors,the frequent occurrence of gas pipe network accidents,the urban environment,social life,personal safety caused great harm to urban gas pipeline network risk assessment research has great practical significance.This paper takes Xi’an LU-pan gas pipe network as the background,to the Lv Xiaozhai Gate Station of LU-pan gas pipe network,Lu-pan high-pressure pipeline,Pan Jiazhuang Reserve Station Risk evaluation research.Firstly,the process and risk analysis of Lv Xiaozhai Gate Station,LV-pan high-pressure pipeline and Pan Jiazhuang Reserve Station are carried out,and the risk and operability analysis Method(HAZOP)are used to analyze the risks and establish the LV Gate station,respectively.LV-pan high-pressure pipeline,Pan Jiazhuang Reserve Station risk assessment indicator system,among them,the LV Village Gate Station Risk Evaluation indicator system is to the staff quality,the key equipment,the environmental factor,the management factor to constitute the first level indicator,the LV-pan high-pressure pipeline risk evaluation indicator system is with the third anti-destructive,the corrosive factor is one level indicator constitute,the risk evaluation Index system of the pan Jia Zhuang Reserve Station is the one-level index consisting of ball tanks and fire-fighting facilities,etc.;Then,using the structure entropy weight method to determine the weights of each index,using the extension comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk quantitatively,the Lv Xiaozhai Gate Station,Lu-pan high-pressure pipeline,Pan Jiazhuang Reserve Station risk level.Quantitative risk assessment of Lv Xiaozhai Gate Station,LV-pan high-pressure pipeline,Pan Jiazhuang Reserve Station risk level is the general risk,serious risk,greater risk.According to the results of the evaluation,the risk management measures of Lu-Pan gas pipeline network are put forward from four aspects: personnel,equipment,environment,management.The risk assessment of LV-PAN gas pipe network was studied,and the risks rank of LV-Pan gas pipeline network was clarified.;According to the evaluation results,the risk management measures have practical significance for the risk management of Lu-Pan gas pipeline network.;The research method has the reference and popularization value to the risk evaluation in other fields.
