Accompany with high speed increase not existing for automotive industry in China mainland,we can see the vehicle sales suddenly decreased 2.8% in 2018.This is also the first time for new vehicle sales going down for the last 28 years.And meanwhile it looks marketing might keep this situation several years in the future.Considering the marketing background,we already felt the big pressure for whole industry.So all people are getting to focus on cost control,especially for purchasing cost management,whether are car makers or car components manufacturers,because nobody want to lose competition right now.Many companies want to transfer all cost pressure to their supply chain directly and simply when they are facing huge pressure from marketing.Usually they did the same things every time in the past years,but it is very harmful for relationship with suppliers,also is big risk for whole industry.This thesis will aim to the object of purchasing cost management of F automotive component company,and considering real situation to analyze cost structure of parts purchased,encourage cooperation between departments and external supplier management etc.The author referred to domestic and foreign literature and use questionnaire and investigation method.Hopefully it can help F company to find right way to manage purchasing cost for current situation adaption.In this paper we used many knowledge theory and method,for example statistics,economics and management,etc.Thru investigating and researching current data,and summary of experiences and lessons,to find key points of cost management.And try to improve from the aspect of technical and management.Think of better connection in purchasing department,and between purchasing and other departments of F company,meanwhile strengthen cooperation with external suppliers by whole supply chain management,expect to have improvement for purchasing cost management of F company.Finally we realized it is the management rely on all department and all people involvement,and it is the only way to have achievement that is to stand on supplier strategic management level and cooperate each other within purchasing department and together with other departments.
