In the automotive industry,component innovation has an extremely important impact on the healthy development of automobiles.Components are the foundation of automotive technology research and independent development.Since component purchasing is particularly important in the automotive supply chain,whether in terms of the cost quality of the product or based on delivery time or other terms,the procurement of parts and components throughout the automotive manufacturing industry is critical to its development.Therefore,this paper takes Company X as the research object,analyzes the company’s parts procurement management problems.This paper introduces some domestic and foreign theories related to procurement management and the basis of relevant practical experience,determines the research framework of the article,summarizes the concept definition of procurement,procurement management and supply chain theory,procurement management theory and cost control theory and other related theories,and lays a theoretical foundation for this study,followed by analysis of X company parts procurement management from the aspects of parts procurement management strategy,procurement organizational structure,procurement management process,supplier management and cost management.Based on the current situation from the procurement management strategy,process management,supplier management and cost management four aspects to analyze the X company in the procurement and management of parts and components of some problems,that is,the cause of the problems,combined with the optimization program objectives and principles of the targeted optimization program,and finally from the organization,system,information management and procurement costs four aspects of the X company parts procurement management optimization program safeguards,according to the full-text analysis of the conclusion of this paper.And put forward the prospect of future research.The purchase cost is composed of the cost of the goods and all the expenses used in the procurement,and reducing the purchase cost during the procurement process is an important measure to improve the profitability level of the company.In this paper,the X company parts procurement management is analyzed,some problems are identified,and solutions and proposals for improvement are given.Make X company in the process of parts procurement more refined,so that the enterprise to a higher level of development. |
