Under the environment of rapid economic growth,China’s auto industry is developing more and more rapidly,and the auto parts industry chain is growing,but along with the impact of the COVID-19 and the reduction of market share,the reshuffling of traditional car enterprises,the impact of new energy car-making forces,the competition in the auto industry is also becoming more intense,and auto parts enterprises are also shuffling and integrating to clear out in line with the trend.In order to guarantee the stability of the supply chain and enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of auto parts enterprises,managers of auto parts enterprises need to strategically manage the procurement business of enterprises based on the supply chain management model.Scientific and effective productive procurement management is an important guarantee for auto parts enterprises to reduce production costs,improve enterprise economic efficiency and provide a sustainable development path for enterprises.This paper focuses on the production procurement management of A auto parts company,in which the author works.In this paper,we analyze the current situation and problems of production procurement management in four aspects:procurement organization,procurement process,procurement cost management,and supplier management,and make a strategic optimization study on these four aspects.In terms of procurement organization,the organization and functions of production procurement are re-defined,so that procurement can focus more on the core management of the supply chain;in terms of procurement process,the approval process is streamlined and optimized,and the information management system is introduced to improve the efficiency of procurement;in terms of procurement cost management,the supplier quotation template is unified,and a vertical comparison table of procurement cost is established for cost tracing and comparison analysis;secondly,the procurement cost control strategy is developed,and the targeting of procurement cost is set.Develop procurement cost control strategies,agree with suppliers on annual reduction requirements before fixing,adopt the four-quadrant classification method to classify procurement materials to develop procurement strategies and targeted price reduction programs,establish a centralized procurement platform to play the advantages of bulk procurement,and establish a value engineering assessment and incentive mechanism;in terms of supplier management,conduct process combing for supplier selection strategies and sound comprehensive performance evaluation system for suppliers as well as In terms of supplier management,we have made process combing and standard development for supplier selection strategy and sound comprehensive supplier performance evaluation system,and proposed to classify and manage suppliers and establish strategic partnership with suppliers.A auto parts company is committed to become one of the best auto parts suppliers in the world,and the demand for high-speed development under competitive pressure requires the procurement management of A auto parts company to help improve the comprehensive competitive strength of the enterprise.The research and content of this paper provide a reference to improve the procurement supply chain management of A auto parts company.
