Purchasing Management Optimization Research Under Supply Chain Management Mode In XMZ Company

In recent years,the global macro economy is keeping a fast increase,along with this situation,the market competition became more and more fierce,People started to pay more attention to the supply chain management,and the core competence of a company has turned into to the design of supply chain.As a key step in the whole supply chain,purchasing stands in a very important position,it is the key connection between the upstream and downstream in the whole supply chain,as well as a bridge in the communication between supplier and customers.To each company,enhancing the purchasing management and reducing the cost has become a new source of profit.Therefore,how to improve a company’s competence via improving the purchasing management has become a very important topic.In this paper,it firstly clarifies the purpose of this research,and describes the current situation and development trend in the domestic and overseas researches,as well as the content,structure,roadmap,methodology of this research.Besides,this paper also detailed introduces some related theories,such as supply chain,supply chain management,purchasing management and purchasing management under the supply chain management mode,etc.Secondly,this paper take XMZ company as a basis,and makes a deep analysis to the situation of purchasing management in this company,mainly includes the purchasing environment,purchasing process,supplier management situation,etc.,and found some improvement potentials.Thirdly,according to the analysis result,this paper proposed the optimization solution of internal purchasing processes and supplier management system.For internal purchasing process optimization,by recording the contribution of each activity to the whole process in the ASME methodology,including value-added activity,non-value-added activity,inspection,delivery,delay,warehousing etc.,and then define the reasonable optimization solution combining the target of purchasing.For supplier management optimization,this paper mainly proposes to implement the classification of suppliers,setup the complete supplier evaluation system and motivation system.And then,this paper makes the research of the purchasing performance evaluation system in XMZ company,and proposes the basic target and principle,and designs the evaluation system from four aspects,which are purchasing organization performance,financial performance,supplier performance and customer feedback.At last,this paper brings up some suggestions for further improvement of XMZ purchasing performance,such as how to standardize the buyers’ operation,how to utilize the information management system in purchasing management,how to adopt the electronic Auction in the price negotiation,etc.
