Research On Purchasing Cost Control Of YT Bus Company Based On Supply Chain Management

In enterprise management,cost control is the most important link.The advantages and disadvantages of cost control not only affect the profit of this enterprise,but also affect the competitive position of this enterprise in its industry,but also because of the procurement cost in manufacturing enterprises.It is the main component of the total cost of the product,so procurement cost control is the focus of cost control for manufacturing enterprises.With the development of economic globalization,China is stepping into the world manufacturing system,and the competition of China’s bus companies will become increasingly fierce.At the same time,the competition between enterprises is reflected in the competition of enterprise strength on the one hand,and the competition in the supply chain on the other hand.In supply chain management,a very important link is procurement cost management.Therefore,optimizing supply chain procurement costs is an important issue that most bus companies must face.Based on this,after analyzing the relevant literature and theoretical research at home and abroad,this article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the procurement cost of YT Bus Company from the perspective of supply chain management,finds out the company’s existing problems,and finds the cause of the problem,and finally puts forward Optimization Strategy.This article first introduces supply chain management theory and supply chain procurement cost control theory,such as supply chain management theory,procurement cost control method,etc.,then introduces the current status of supply chain procurement cost control with YT Bus Company as the research object.The procurement process,supplier management,procurement pricing methods and procurement inventory management were analyzed,and the company’s procurement cost control problems were obtained;on this basis,the causes of procurement cost control problems were analyzed;finally,combined with their own The relevant data collected during the internship put forward optimization strategies for the problems that arise,hoping to play a role in purchasing cost control,so as to adapt to the company’s long-term development and strategic needs.
