As an essential technology in protecting the ecological environment and ensuring energy security,the in-depth development of photovoltaic energy is of great significance to accelerate the development of mid-stream photovoltaic cell manufacturing industry in the entire industrial chain.Tn time,the advanced technology of the enterprise will be transformed into the course content of photovoltaic cell manufacturing,so as to lay a foundation for secondary vocational schools to train talents in the photovoltaic industry for the needs of the society/industry.Therefore,it shows instructive to carry out the research on the course development of “Photovoltaic Cell Manufacturing Technology”.Taking Tianjin S Secondary Vocational School as the study site,the research was carried out from four aspects: first,the literature research method was used to analyze the existing course content,content organization,curriculum implementation and evaluation criteria of “Photovoltaic Cell Manufacturing Technology”.The collection of the theoretical and practical viewpoints on the paradigm of systematic curriculum development of work process built a foundation for the research.Second,based on the analysis of the current situation of the curriculum,the questionnaire survey was used to investigate the satisfaction of existing curriculum textbook.With the survey result,we conducted project analysis,reliability and validity test to extract the impact of the implementation effect and the characterization factors of the satisfaction of the implementation effect,hence carried on the stepwise multiple regression analysis.The interview method was used to explore the typical working process,job responsibilities,professional ability and quality control process in photovoltaic cell factories.Third,based on the two dimensions of textbook content selection and content organization,this paper constructs a textbook content analysis framework of “two dimensions,four elements and seven contents”.Fourth,combined the concept of developmental curriculum development evaluation with multiple evaluation subjects,the research on the appraisal of curriculum development achievements was carried out by using the method of interview.The research results are as follows: first,exploratory factor analysis determines the factors that affect the satisfaction includes the novelty and difficulty of the materials,the matching degree of textbook content and job,and the style of textbook;the characterization factors of satisfaction are knowledge mastery,learning transfer and professional norms.Through the independent sample t-test,it was found that there are significant differences in the degree of difficulty of textbook content,matching between textbook content and job,knowledge mastery and learning transfer,but there are no significant cognitive differences in other aspects.Stepwise multiple regression analysis found that the independent variable of matching degree of textbook content and job could explain 33.5% of the variation of knowledge mastery variable,and the degree of matching of textbook content and job could explain 7.6%of the variation of learning transfer variable.the independent variable of textbook content can explain 10.1% of the variance of professional norms variables,and they all have a positive effect.Second,based on the selection and organization of textbook content,the curriculum content was selected according to teaching and curriculum standards,teaching materials,professional ability and work content from ontological and social knowledge.According to the micro and macrostructure,the content was organized with the help of typical working process and learning situation,and the analysis framework of “two dimensions,four elements and seven contents” was constructed.Third,the enterprise investigation concluded that the typical working processes of photovoltaic cell manufacturing are cashmere making,diffusion,laser diffusion selective emitter,etching,oxidation,back passivation,front coating,back laser slotting,screen printing,sintering and classified testing.By taking the cell specification as the frame of reference,a learning-situated context was set up.Hence,teaching materials such as information sheet,planning card,and decision sheet was developed after constructed the course model.Finally,the interview verifies that the development results to a certain extent help to solve the existing shortcomings of the curriculum in content selection,organization and student performance evaluation.
