PC component is the core of prefabricated building,the traditional information management mode under the EPC mode can not meet the needs of PC component information management.BIM Technology provides an effective solution and application idea for the difficulty of information collection,low efficiency of information transmission and poor sharing of PC components.How to use BIM technology reasonably and efficiently to improve the information management level of PC components has become a crucial issue.This paper focuses on the following work:(1)taking the whole industry chain of assembly design,production,transportation and hoisting as the research background,aiming at the characteristics of large number and variety of PC components and large amount of information involved,taking PC component information as the research object,the characteristics of PC component information are summarized;In order to solve the problem of the deviation between the component design result and the actual production need,there are many participants,and the information transmission of each link is blocked and seriously lost,the requirement of PC component information integration is obtained The framework and conceptual model of PC component information integration management platform based on BIM technology are studied from the perspectives of production,progress information,subject information and information management integration.(2)for the application of PC component collaborative design,planning management,production management and schedule management based on BIM technology in conceptual model,by detailing the prefabricated building design based on BIM professional design software,PC component design-production docking,and BIM platform based design-production-transportation-lifting integrated management application process,so that PC component information can be effectively transmitted in the whole assembly-type industrial chain.(3)taking a prefabricated building project in Wuhan as an example,the collaborative design,production,transportation,construction and hoisting of PC components are accomplished by using the software Planbar,which integrates the collaborative management platform with Planbar Realize the PC component information in the EPC industry chain seamless transmission and efficient sharing between the main body.Finally,through the comparison of information management methods before and after the introduction of BIM EPC mode,from the mode of information transfer,software application data standards and the way of communication between the three subjects,the support value of introducing BIM technology to EPC management mode is affirmed and qualitatively analyzed.Aiming at the current situation of information integration requirement of PC component under prefabricated building mode,this paper studies and analyzes the information integration management of PC component based on BIM technology,and puts forward the application flow of BIM in PC component information management.Case-based application,which aims to promote the rapid development of prefabricated building and information technology,is expected to provide reference for prefabricated building researchers and related enterprises.
