In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to water resources and water environment.However,in the past,the water management modes were enlarged,the management method were single and backward,and the supervision was lacking,which resulted in the waste of water resources,the pollution of water environment and the destruction of water ecology.With the deep integration of the Internet and the traditional industry,the water industry has gradually evolved from digital to informational.Under the need of policy development,in order to solve the problem of treating black stinky water in Pingshan District of Shenzhen,water quality management issues and engineering maintenance issues,this thesis designs and implements an integrated water information management platform.The system in the thesis uses the B/S application architecture.The front end adopts technologies such as Angular,Ant Design,Echarts,etc.The back end adopts SpringCloud microservice architecture,the database adopts MariaDB and ElasticSearch,and finally each service is deployed in the form of Docker.The purpose of the system is to solve the water quality problems in the Pingshan area and give an optimization.The integrated water information management platform includes six modules: comprehensive information management,real-time monitoring management,routine scheduling,river patrol management,system management and large-screen display.In addition,taking the security of the system into account,the system uses OAuth2 to build the authentication server.The characteristic of this system is that the equipment is reasonably dispatched by the water conservancy model,and the objects on the river are identified and alarmed by the YOLOv3 algorithm.The use of the system for the management of Pingshan River has reduced the workload of managers and improved the efficiency of decision-making.After testing and actual deployment,the system can meet the business needs well,and can effectively adjust and manage the water affairs in Pingshan area,which has certain practical application value.
