Based on the whole life cycle of prefabricated building,the quantity and type of quality information attached to engineering entities are huge and complex,which brings difficulties to the understanding,analysis and management of Engineering Quality Information.The application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)in the integrated management of the quality inspection Information of the assembled concrete structure provides a new idea for improving the efficiency of the prefabricated Building quality management and the quality of the project.BIM Breaks the limitation of traditional two-dimensional information management,provides quality management with three-dimensional visual,integrated and exploitable digital expression environment,and can effectively improve the integrated management and visual level of quality information.Although the boom of BIM development continues in China,the research and application of BIM in China started relatively late and there is still much room for improvement,especially the application of BIM technology combined with quality management of prefabricated building Therefore,prefabricated building based on BIM technology needs to be further studied in order to provide reference for the practical application of engineering projects.To this end,this paper focuses on the integrated management of quality information and its application to carry out the following work:(1)Research on quality information management method based on Revit.In order to realize the information interaction between the database and Revit,the quality information requirement is analyzed from the aspect of the quality information requirement Design the interface and content of the quality information database.Combined with the classes and functions encapsulated by Revitapi,a quality information integrated management plug-in is created.The feasibility of this function is verified by the application of the plug-in program in the sleeve grouting compactness test.(2)This paper studies the Information Integrated Management of the key points of the quality control of the fabricated concrete structure engineering.Carding and defining the key points of acceptance test for precast members,installation and connection,structural entities,establishing the corresponding test information database,and managing the quality information of the key points of quality control for assembly concrete structure engineering based on information integrated management function,verify the utility of the plug-in.(3)Application of Information Integration Management Technology in assembly engineering.Taking the demonstration project of "The 13th five-year" national key Program(2016YFC0701700)as an example,the model library of precast components and the BIM model of the complex building are established,which lays a foun-dation for the integrated management of quality information.Aiming at the problems existing in the quality management of engineering project under the traditional mode,the quality information integrated management based on Revit is preliminarily realized,and a three-stage quality management system is constructed,which includes pre-guidance,process control and post-summary.The results show that the integrated management and visualization of the inspection information of the comprehensive building is realized by the establishment of the inspection information database based on Revit and the application of the development method of the inspection information processing function It improves the management efficiency of monitoring data and the interactivity of monitoring information and model,and has certain practical application value in engineering.
