The Integrated Management Mode Of The Construction Project Based On BIM Technology

The construction industry is regarded as a pillar industry in Chinese national economy, but its low production efficiency has caused a huge waste of resources and the deteriorating environment. As the project complexity and size increasing, traditional project management mode can’t adapt to the rapid development of project management at the present stage. According to the issues of separate construction process, distributed management content, low efficiency of the information transmission in all parties, bad cooperation and sharing of information, this paper studies the innovative and efficient project integrated management mode for the present stage of our country based on BIM technology and integration. The purpose of this paper is to make project managers better master how to pursuit the consistency of multiple targets through overcoming the disadvantages of the current project management mode.This paper analyses the domestic and foreign present research situation and existing problems of BIM technology and application of integrated management by use of literature methods and comparison method based on BIM technology and the theory of project integrated management. It researched on the content of integrated management from multiple targets management, all parties management and information management. It also comes up with the framework of integrated management mode based on BIM technology by studying project management organizational management system. Besides, it verifies the feasibility and efficiency of BIM technology in project integrated management and provides the reference for the comprehensive application of BIM technology in construction project management through an architectural complex case.Although the paper puts forward the framework of integrated management mode based on BIM technology generally and designs the functional platform of integrated information management system based on the conceptual model of integrated information management system, it takes time to realize the whole life-cycle integrated management of all parties and targets in construction project based on BIM platform by the lack of payment standard and application standard of BIM model, poor compatibility in the software system platform interfaces, backward project management methods and ideas due to the limited time and level. The work still needed to complete is to improve the contract system and the organization structure based on the national payment standard and application standard of BIM model and to develop BIM platform of integrated information management system based on Cloud technology and Internet of things at the later stage.
