Research On Risk Management Of Suppliers In D Company

In today's society,with the increasing demand of productivity,the division of labor is becoming more and more detailed,and the business relationship between enterprises in every link of supply chain is becoming more and more complex and close.The manufacturer is becoming increasingly impacted significantly by its suppliers,so the problem of risk management of its suppliers is becoming prominent.International and domestic research on supply chain has been relatively mature,however,most of this research focuses on the supply chain in a network or a whole perspective.The research and discussion on suppliers are less,and the pertinence research is insufficient for specific industries.The research goal of D company is one of the world's largest manufacturers of agricultural machinery industry.Compared with other multinational companies,the supplier risk management problem has unique attributes of the industry,and how to solve the actual problems,this is a blank in this field.Firstly this thesis summarizes the theory and literature of supply chain risk management and supplier risk management,supplemented by the related principles of enterprise risk management,as the theoretical basis for analyzing the risk management of suppliers.Secondly,using the above theory and analysis methods and tools,it is based on the industry background of agricultural machinery in the country and the independence of D company.From the perspective of system analysis,the supplier risk factors are analyzed and identified;thirdly,the quantitative analysis method is used to analyze the supplier risk carefully to get related risk level,while the comprehensive evaluation model is verified Finally,the relevant principles and the practice experience of D company supplier management are combined,and the optimization scheme of supplier risk management is put forward.
