Risk Management Of Railway Cold Chain Transportation In Chain

With the improvement of product quality and value,cold chain transportation began to be widely concerned,the market demand is increasing.Because of China's vast territory,the railway transportation is an important way for long distance transportation and relate to the the people's livelihood.In recent years,the railway cold chain traffic has increased,but the share of the market is still low,the reason is its higher transport risk.Therefore,how to reduce the risk of transport in order to better meet the needs of people's lives is the issue of the railway cold chain transportation needing to consider its commitment to social responsibility.The research content of this paper is six parts.The first part is the review of the research background,cold chain transportation related literature,and expounds the research significance,research ideas and technical route and the innovation.The second part is the related theories and research methods,laying the theoretical basis of support for the following parts and methods.The third part describes the status quo of railway cold chain transportation in China,expatiates on the cold chain transportation accident of railway and analyzes the necessity of risk management.The fourth part adopts the method of field investigation on the risk of railway cold chain transportation,transform the identified risk factors into the primary index system of railway cold chain transportation risk assessment and then the final index system of railway cold chain transportation risk assessment is constructed by using cloud model and domain radius to filter and optimize the index.The fifth part is using Bayesian network model to evaluate the risk of the railway cold chain transportation,which includes forward reasoning and diagnosis reasoning.The sixth part is based on the evaluation results.The sixth part put forward the control measures basing on the evaluation results.The difficulty of this study firstly is in the cause factor extraction of railway cold chain transport accident,not only analyzing the accident theory comprehensively,but also combining the characteristics of railway cold chain transport and field research results,breaking through only using a single theory to analyze the accident factors.Secondly,the difficulty is in scattering the railway cold chain data,this article reads a lot of literature and uses the questionnaire to obtain a wealth of data according to the need.Finally the difficulty is in using the Bayesian network software,zero basic learning to correct and proficiency using make the risk assessment results accurate and reliable.The prior innovation of this paper is the research object innovation,the research on the risk management in the transportation field is gradually increasing,but the research on the railway cold chain transportation industry which has high safety requirement is lacking.Secondly,in the theoretical aspect,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the research object and the results of the field research,which makes the research perspective more comprehensive.Then,in the aspect of the evaluation system,the author builds a targeted and practical railway cold chain transport risk assessment index system to make up for the existing literature less research on railway cold chain transport risk assessment based on the theory of accident causation and the theory of risk management and according to the characteristics of the research object and the results of field.Finally,this paper uses the method of Bayesian network in the risk evaluation of railway cold chain transportation and discusses the risk of railway cold chain transportation.
