Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,China’s automobile industry has been developing rapidly,with production and sales rising constantly.In 2019,the production of automobiles reached 25.721 million and the sales volume reached 25.769 million.However,the air pollution caused by traditional automobile exhaust is more and more serious.Therefore,to achieve the effect of reducing environmental pollution,energy conservation and emission reduction,the development of new energy vehicles has become one of the important means.In 2020,the output of new energy vehicles in China will reach 1.366 million,and the sales volume will reach 1.367 million,a record high.The development of new energy vehicles is the only way for China to stride forward from a big automobile country to a powerful automobile country.After more than ten years of development,China’s new energy vehicle industry has begun to take shape.In this context,Jiangxi provincial government issued the 12 th Five Year Plan for new energy development of Jiangxi Province in October 2012,in which it proposed to focus on the development of new energy automobile industry.Driven by the policy,J New Energy Vehicle Co.,Ltd.was established in early 2015 in response to the national industrial policy and the development needs of Jiangxi new energy vehicle industry.The company is a new enterprise specializing in the development,manufacturing,sales and service of new energy vehicles.The annual sales of the company reached 5272 units in 2015,15640 units in 2016,38218 units in2017 and 50.11 million units in 2018,a year-on-year growth of 65%.However,in the face of a sharp decline in subsidies for new energy vehicles in 2019,and more and more mainstream automobile enterprises participate in the market competition,supply chain is an effective way to obtain market competitive advantage.In the process of operation,supply chain can not only bring competitive advantage to enterprises,but also bring risks to the operation of enterprises.Therefore,how to identify the risks existing in each link of the supply chain in the operation of the enterprise and control the identified risks is particularly critical.First of all,this paper starts with the research background and significance of the topic,summarizes the relevant theories of domestic and foreign scholars,and expounds the research content and technical route of this paper.Then it introduces the theory of supply chain,including supply chain management,supply chain risk management,supply chain risk identification and supply chain operation reference model,which is the theoretical part of this paper.Then,starting from the basic background of J new energy vehicle company and the general situation of its supply chain,combined with the current situation of J new energy vehicle company’s supply chain operation,the paper analyzes the planning process,procurement process,production process,distribution process and after-sales process of the supply chain operation based on SCOR model,and preliminarily identifies the possible risks,and then analyzes them according to the selection principle of evaluation indexes,This paper establishes the J new energy vehicle company supply chain risk evaluation index system,and constructs the evaluation matrix through the expert questionnaire method,uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each factor index;then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively calculate each factor index of J new energy vehicle company supply chain,and finally obtains the overall risk level of J new energy vehicle company;the most important factor of J new energy vehicle company After that,it puts forward the preventive measures for the risk factors of each process.Taking J new energy vehicle company as the analysis object,this paper makes a specific case analysis,explores and studies the risk factors in the supply chain operation of new energy automobile enterprises,and after a systematic and comprehensive analysis,refines the corresponding measures to prevent risks in the planning process,procurement process,production process,distribution process and after-sales process,so as to help J new energy vehicle company achieve sustainable and stable development Exhibition. |
