Research On Supply Chain Risk Management Of ZC Company Major:Industrial Engineering

Since the 1990s,supply chain management(SCM)has gradually become an important way for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.As an effective mode to participate in market competition,supply chain has been accepted by many enterprises.However,due to the characteristics of supply chain chain structure,there are great risks in supply chain.Supply chain enterprises depend on each other and influence each other.Problems in any link will affect the whole supply chain.Supply chain makes up for the shortage of enterprises and market in reducing the overall cost,so if we want to ensure the full play of the advantages of supply chain,we must study the risk factors management.With the coming of the era of knowledge-based economy,the dynamic and global trend of market competition makes strategic partners play an increasingly important role in the process of gaining competitive advantage.Supply chain management has been paid more and more attention by enterprises and theorists due to its advantages of quick response to market requirements,high flexibility and low cost.The difference between similar products of different enterprises in the market is becoming smaller and smaller,and there are fewer and fewer enterprises with obvious technical advantages in the industry.As a result,the competition in the modern market is not only the competition between enterprises,but also the competition between the supply chains where enterprises are located.In this paper,ZC company is selected as a case study to explore the identification,evaluation and control of supply chain risk under the guidance of supply chain risk management.First of all,on the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the research status of supply chain management and supply chain risk management theory is sorted out Secondly,it summarizes and summarizes the related theories needed in this paper,and clarifies the research route of supply chain risk management from the perspective of supply chain.Thirdly,combined with the fuzzy risk factor analysis method,through the fuzzy evaluation and analysis of the factors that may lead to the occurrence of risk in each link of the supply chain of ZC company,to determine the probability of the occurrence of risk in each link of the supply chain,then according to the factor analysis,identify the supply chain risk incentives in the internal and external supply chain of ZC company,and use the risk assessment system to further analyze the supply chain risk of ZC company The risk shall be quantified.Finally,according to the analysis of the supply chain risk,from a reasonable point of view to provide a targeted supply chain risk prevention and control program.
