With the continuous development of global economic integration and e-commerce,supply chain management has gradually become a new way for enterprises to achieve greater market competitiveness.However,due to the particularity of the supply chain structure,each link in the supply chain affects each other.Once a problem occurs in a certain link,it will affect the entire supply chain.Therefore,effective supply chain risk management is of great significance to enterprises.It can enable enterprises to avoid the adverse effects of supply chain risk factors on their operations,thus ensuring operating efficiency.However,there are some obvious risk factors in the supply chain management of QLJX company,such as insufficient mining of customer potential value,lack of differentiated management of customer relationship,suppliers ’ occasional shortage of raw materials or weak voice in price,but its supply chain management system construction and risk prevention awareness are poor.In addition,at the time of the global economic changes and the epidemic of the century,it is urgent for QLJX company to strengthen the effective management of supply chain risk.This paper has consulted a large number of relevant literature and data resources of supply chain risk management,and laid a rich theoretical foundation.Based on the actual operation of QLJX company,this paper investigates the current situation and specific problems of QLJX company ’s supply chain risk management by means of interviews and other methods.Starting from the in-depth analysis of the current situation of QLJX company ’s business operation and the comprehensive combing of existing risk factors,the Delphi method is used to identify risks,and the QLJX company ’s supply chain risk evaluation index system of 5criteria layer risk indicators and 21 factor layer risk indicators is constructed.The weight ranking of risk factors affecting the supply chain of QLJX company is determined by analytic hierarchy process.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the overall risk of the supply chain.The evaluation value of the supply chain risk of QLJX company is 2.875,and the evaluation level is medium.The risk factors include customer demand fluctuation risk,supplier risk and cooperative relationship risk.Finally,according to the evaluation results,taking the correlation between risk events and risk factors as the breakthrough point,the strategy and safeguard measures of supply chain risk management are put forward.Based on the research results of supply chain risk management at home and abroad,combined with the actual operation of QLJX company,this paper builds the academic research of supply chain risk management on the production practice of enterprises,and constructs the supply chain risk identification and evaluation system of QLJX company by using relevant data and specific research methods.From the perspective of actual cases,the core risks faced by QLJX company are obtained by empirical analysis,and corresponding management countermeasures are put forward.Based on the current severe economic situation,this paper provides a feasible management strategy for QLJX Company to reduce the risks faced by its supply chain and enhance its market competitiveness,so as to improve its production and operation efficiency,effectively improve the economic benefits of the enterprise,and promote the sustainable development of the company.
