Study On Lean Management Of Shipbuilding Coating Engineering

At present,China's shipbuilding industry has been deeply ploughed for many years in the modern shipbuilding mode,and the overall shipbuilding production efficiency has continued to increase.In comparison with other advanced countries in shipbuilding industry,China is narrowing the gap of production efficiency and even catching up or surpassing other advanced countries in some fields.In order to make China's shipbuilding really strong,practitioners in China's shipbuilding industry are actively exploring and practicing.This paper mainly uses the advanced management concepts such as lean management to study the shipbuilding coating project,and discusses the three aspects of painting BOM(Bill of Material),materials and operation management,trying to construct a whole process integrated painting.Engineering lean management system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The structure of BOM is mainly studied in the process of painting BOM management research,including the refined product decomposition structure,and the division of coating operation stage based on the shipyard production capacity.Selecting the BOM style that is most suitable for ship painting through analysis and comparison.With the coating BOM as the basis of informatization,the demand for BOM is different in different departments and at different stages,focusing on the information circulation problem between the different departments of design,procurement and production.(2)Based on the research results of painting BOM management,the problems of lean management of painting materials management are studied.Compared with other materials,the coated materials have their own unique management requirements and methods.The coated materials have high requirements for safety and timeliness,and the coated materials have a shelf life and must be used up within the warranty period.Based on JIT(Just In Time)theory,the coating demand plan is played.It plays an important role in the management of ship coating materials and is a basic plan to ensure timely and accurate supply of painting materials.In combination with the characteristics of the procurement of painted materials,the shipyard adopts the JIT procurement mode in the actual procurement process.The JIT procurement model can be expressed as the quantity and quality of the products that have been determined,and sent to a certain location at a certain time to meet the requirements of the demand department.Purchasing behavior.In the management of painting materials,the management of paint warehouses is studied based on the principle of first-in,first-out,and classification management.(3)In the aspect of painting operation management,the painting operation management mode based on the work breakdown structure is emphasized,and the painting task is decomposed and the task package for dispatching is obtained.The production data can be collected according to this mode.The accumulation of data can easily analyze the content of lean management that is not satisfied in the production process,and find problems to improve the content.Taking the task package as the starting point of coating quality and safety management and adopting the principle of who is responsible for the production.Team members should not only complete the contents of the task package on time according to the quality and quantity,but also be responsible for the safety management in the construction process.
