The development of ship painting in our country began in the early 1980 s.At that moment,China's ship building began to ship abroad.Foreign advanced shipbuilding technology,technique and standard are introduced into the system.Great changes have been made in the coating technology of ships.In just a few years,backward production methods have been replaced by advanced coating technology and management model.As a labor-intensive coating production,it is essential for production management.Production management determines a small part of the production efficiency.The later stage of painting production is more complex than that of the previous stage.For that reason,this paper mainly discusses four aspects,painting equipment,site working hours,paint job planning and personnel motivation.Analysis the main factors of affecting the efficiency of production.The main research work and analysis are as follows:(1)Rationalization of site working hours,starting from the field work standard,focus on the study of fine management,the significance of fine chemical engineering and flow of work and decomposition of the dispatch are introduced in detail.Open up SEM system of time and material dispatching.Analyze the effect of the field application on the production efficiency.(2)Describe the painting plan management method and the various stages of the work responsibilities of the relevant personnel.Combine with practice,reasonable use of the overall arrangement of the flashback,arrangement of order and inverted details.Finally,analyze the plan of the field painting production and material balance.(3)Focus on deck blasting machine,large packing paint and automatic spray painting equipment.And combined with the field to develop the test plan,orderly conduct experiment,finally,the results of the use of these spraying equipment and verify the significance.(4)According to the various needs of employees,a variety of measures for the combination of 15 kinds of material and spiritual incentives are put forward.Improve staff's work quality and quality of life.Truly build up the incentive system to adapt to the enterprise and times of characteristics and needs of employees.Enable enterprises in the fierce competition in the market in an invincible position.
