| As the automotive industry development and more environmental protection requirements,the construction of automotive factories and environmental-protection renovations of old painting shops are increased.As one of the four process critical workshops in automotive factory,the painting workshop has characters with large work quantity,many process equipments,wide range of profession divisions and there are many uncertainties in the project,so the overall risk is high in this project.Therefore,the risk-control in the whole contract project of painting shops is important.As the process equipments contractor of the painting shops,FDI is responsible for the shops construction and import management of the process equipments.Based on the current situation of FDI’s contracting management of painting process equipment and the problems existing in project management,the thesis relies on the actual project management to present risk-identification theory and the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in project management process.The Delphi method is used to comprehensively identify the risks existing in the project.After qualitative analysis of the risks,the weight of the identified risk factors are calculated by the quantitative analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process,and the identified risk factors are ranked as per different weights,and then defined different risk levels,a preliminary approach to risk response is forwarded for different levels of risk thereof.This thesis divides the risk of the whole contract project of painting shop into the six major categories: operation risk,contract management risk,external environmental risk,technical risk,management risk and performance risk.On this basis,a secondary risk assessment system is constructed to enable the project risk factors to be quantitatively evaluated,and to help project managers to respond to project risks.Through the risk identification and research in process equipments contract project management of the shops,theoretical basis for the project management are provided and risk ranking management method were raised,which has practical significance for improving the project’s anti-risk ability. |
