Abstract/Summary:
In China,due to the late development of modern shipbuilding industry,the technical capacity of shipbuilding industry in China has been at a low level,and the shipbuilding mode mainly depends on imitating Japan and South Korea.As an important part of Shipbuilding Engineering,coating is still developing slowly in design and management.With the goal of industrial upgrading becoming more and more clear,the intelligent design and management of ship painting has become an inevitable trend in the development of computer technology.In order to realize the transformation from traditional painting design and management to intelligence,this paper studies as follows:(1)Understand the current painting design process,management process and site construction process of shipyard,deeply analyze the key points of each joint,and deeply study the current situation of the existing painting design system of shipyard,understand its shortcomings and improvement methods,and lay a foundation for further realization of painting production design and management docking.(2)After deeply understanding the ship painting process,the standardized definition of ship painting engineering is carried out,which lays the foundation for the establishment of complete and accurate painting process information data source.(3)Taking the typical painting robot as the research object,the geometric information,spatial information,process information and other related process characteristics are systematically analyzed,and the data interface with the definition of painting design engineering is established.Combined with the process decomposition technology,the connection between painting design data and intelligent equipment is realized.(4)The process of coating production management is deeply understood,and the elements of each coating production management link(coating working environment management,coating quality management,coating film thickness management,engineering planning management,coating material management,painting man-hour management,painting safety management,etc.)are intelligently extracted.The logical relationship between coating design process parameters and production management factors is combed,which lays a foundation for the realization of the connection between coating intelligent design technology and production management information.(5)Based on the standardized definition of ship painting engineering and the related research described above,the intelligent docking system of painting standardization design and painting robot and production management is completed,which greatly reduces the preparation time of coating management and construction,and at the same time realizes more fine production management.The intelligent design technology of painting process will make the design and management of painting not be carried out independently,and the correlation between them will be stronger and stronger,which will greatly improve the efficiency of ship painting operation.
