Research On Informationization Management Of EPC Project Of Construction Engineering

Construction engineering is growth industrie in our country,More and more enterprises adopt the EPC contracting mode which integrates design,procurement and construction.Compared with the traditional contract model,The EPC contracting mode has unique advantages in project management and project risk control.Under the EPC contracting mode,the contractor of the project is avoiding the risks and neglects the information management at various stages such as design,procurement and construction.Enterprises tend to pursue the maximization of project profit and the cost of informationization management,while ignoring the improvement of various stages of the project.This paper focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the EPC control assembly package project management informatization and the status quo,to influence the EPC general contracting project management informationization index analysis and calculation,puts forward the concrete measures of management informatization and responseFirst of all,be analyzed theories of EPC project management informationization is analyzed,according to the characteristics of EPC general contracting enterprise itself and the existing problems and analysis research of enterprise management informationization in EPC mode control main content and the specific work process.According to the different characteristics of the design,procurement,construction and other stages involved in EPC project,the corresponding information control management model of each phase is proposed..Secondly,the analysis of the EPC contract mode in the design,procurement,construction and other engineering phase of the influencing factors and control methods,respectively adopt analytic hierarchy process(AHP),comparison of the corresponding analysis cost control at various stages.Considering from the whole project construction period at the same time,the whole project quality,time limit for a project,and the influence of management informationization,and through a series of evaluation index to analyze the results,find out the cause of the indiex deviation,choose the optimal solution to solve this problem.Figure[4]table[17]reference[52]...
