Research On Construction Business Based On Building Informationization Model

With the vigorous development of the construction industry,the application of modern new technology in the construction process is becoming more and more extensive,which leads to the relatively complicated management of the whole process.This requires new information tools to coordinate and manage the whole process.In this context,this paper takes the EPC project management system developed by L company as an example,and elaborates on the cooperation between L company and American company.After years of exploration,it sums up a whole set of building construction process to achieve maximum savings of time,high quality completion of house construction.This paper analyzes the status quo of engineering management,finds the existing problems,combines the current business operation status of the company,uses the information tool to reorganize the company’s construction business process,designs the EPC project management system,and evaluates the system effect of implementation and its safeguards.In terms of research conclusions,there are problems in the operation of EPC management system,such as difficulty in project management,inconsistent standards between branches and head offices,opacity of project cost management,and unreasonable project cost management.For current problems,L company designs processes of purchase building lot,community planning,housing design,municipal application for City Permit,budget and order,construction process control,financial management,home sales and after-sales protection.Based on the newly designed business process,the functions of the company’s EPC management system are designed,including housing management,schedule management,warehousing and financial management,budget and order management,report management,land management,and sales and after-sales service.The functions together constitute the functional system of L company’s entire EPC management system.Through the implementation of the system,the operation time and number of personnel of the company’s individual projects are declining,and the business volume is increasing year by year.This means that the value created by per capita is rising,the operating cost of the company is continuously decreasing,and the comprehensive benefits are continuously improved.It is considered that the development and implementation of the company’s EPC management system is effective,which can significantly improve the company’s operational efficiency and build its own competitive advantage.
