The demand for management informationization is becoming increasingly urgent with the fast development of IT and network technology,together with the further opening of international market.The upsizing and complication of construction project,the increased difficulty in process control,the detailed cost management have all raised up impendent requests for management informationization.It is the vital means of scientific management of construction project,at the same time,it is the active attempt of most construction companies.However,due to the characteristics of the construction industry itself,the inadequate quality of personnel,lack of information foundation,together with the factors imposed on informationization by management,the informationization of construction companies have not achieved its idealized goals.Prices are paid for incessant attempts,with tortuous paths.This thesis starts with the current situation on project management of construction companies and the necessity of informationization,employs the information system of A company as the basis,tries to analyze the current situation as well as existing problems on the project management systems of small and medium companies.Through using the information system of companies of the same or similar theories,we can find the influencing factors that hinder informationization by analyzing existing problems of A company,based on which,relevant policies could be made,thus solving problems.This study not only puts forward solutions for A company,it has also enhanced project management and provides certain help and reference meanings upon informationization for other construction companies.
