Project schedule management is an important part of project management,which is directly related to the economic and social benefits of the project and plays a decisive role.The application of network planning,Project,P6 and other software has improved the level of progress management,but traditional technology and tools cannot effectively solve the problems existing in progress management,such as obsolete management system,poor information technology and low degree of coordination.With the promotion of building informatization and industrialization,BIM technology is becoming increasingly mature.The application of BIM technology in construction management can greatly improve the efficiency of project management and reduce the occurrence of construction delay.Today,BIM in all stages of construction projects,especially in construction stage,but most of the research is still in its infancy,the system is not perfect,plus application technology is not mature,the domestic construction schedule based on BIM technology in the way of management research,only a small amount of project construction schedule management application of BIM technology research,and limitations is bigger,cannot give full play to the value of BIM technology should be.Therefore,it is necessary to study the BIM technology in the process of collaborative optimization of construction schedule.This paper refers to a large number of literature materials,combines theory with practice,and analyzes the shortcomings of five traditional engineering project schedule management based on the analysis of the traditional engineering project schedule management theory and method,and then introduces BIM technology to solve these problems,expanding the new way of schedule management.Firstly,the paper analyzes the application ideas of BIM technology in progress management from three aspects: construction of progress management system,simulation of progress plan and progress tracking and inspection.Then grasp from the macroscopic Angle,make full use of interaction between subsystem of relationship,and in the project construction schedule optimization of BIM joined the collaborative management theory,theory of BIM and synergetics theory fusion,is constructed based on the BIM model,realized to the progress of the collaborative optimization,set up network architecture model,combined with Logistic model visualization shows the evolution process of the project,based on BIM a state of synergy evolution model of coordination degree project qualitative analysis.Then,according to the progress of the BIM project characteristics and advantage of the collaborative optimization and carry out specific analysis on actual situation,from the five aspects,set up the construction progress collaborative optimization evaluation index system,using cloud model theory,the standard cloud cloud model and evaluation model is established,based on cloud model theory of BIM project construction schedule performance evaluation of the collaborative optimization method,can be in the process of evaluation,the fuzziness and randomness exist to solve problems,thus achieve the evaluation process,The conversion between quantitative and qualitative evaluation is helpful to improve the effect of evaluation.Finally,an empirical study was conducted on the BIM technology in the construction schedule management of a housing construction project,and the results showed that the collaborative optimization level of the project schedule was optimal.In view of the research on BIM technology-based collaborative optimization of construction schedule of housing construction projects,the collaborative management theory of construction projects is improved,new ideas,new systems and new processes are proposed,application obstacles are summarized,and development Suggestions are put forward,which have certain theoretical value and practical significance for similar projects in the future.
