Study On Schedule Plan And Control Of Private Cloud Construction Project

With the rapid development of cloud computing technology and in order to cope with the endless business needs,the pace of IT construction is accelerating,more and more enterprises are planning to use cloud computing technology to deploy their private cloud platform.However,Cloud computing is a cutting-edge technology,compared with the traditional IT environment,which is entirely a technological innovation.If enterprises want to implement the private cloud project,they are faced with a comprehensive,systematic,intellectual-intensive and technical difficult series of activities.Therefore,it is particularly important to deliver scientific project management that meets the requirements of private cloud construction within the planned duration.In this thesis,taken P enterprise private cloud construction project as a case is to discuss the schedule plan and control process on enterprise private cloud projects.Based on the theory of the schedule plan integrates with the characteristics of the private cloud construction project,the thesis puts forward the problems and risks of private cloud construction projects.The three-level schedule plan model is established,and the idea of ’tasks decomposition by top-down’ and ’administration by different levels’ are proposed in the thesis.Private cloud projects are traced and controlled on different levels by the corresponding three-level schedule control model.Through studying risk plan,learning curve and design structure matrix,the tools and methods are used in the schedule management of enterprise private cloud project in order to make the schedule management more scientific and reasonable.And through using the tools and methods of learning curve and earned value management,the objective is to track,analyze and control the schedule plan of enterprise private cloud construction projects,as well as to discuss and demonstrate the results of process control.Finally,the study achievement is successfully applied to the P enterprise private cloud project.It provides a reasonable theoretical basis and effective decision-making reference for private cloud construction projects.
