Project schedule management is one of the three objectives of construction engineering,in which scientific and effective management is of great significance for the whole project.Traditional schedule management,limited by its the problems,like difficult project schedule analysis,demanding deviation control,frequent conflicts on the operation surface and serious information loss,is incapable to meet the requirements of scientific and efficient management in the construction industry.Therefore,project schedule management is in dire need of an advanced management approach to ensure the completion of the project aims.Be referring to the way of analyzing from relevant literature,the paper proposes the assumption of the lean construction project schedule management mode based on BIM cloud platform,hoping to better solve this problem.By analyzing traditional progress management methods and problems,the paper aims to build a progress management model integrating BIM cloud platform and lean construction system,so as to propose a new refined progress management process,and improve project management level and the quality of keeping appointments.To achieve this goal,the following contents will be studied:Firstly,the paper analyzes traditional schedule management process and defects,and apply LPS in lean construction system to it,to optimize schedule planning and process control.Under the guidance of punctuality technology in lean construction,efficient and reasonable resource supply management is realized by establishing labor allocation model and typical resource allocation time model in construction process.Secondly,in view of the hindered communication and difficult project tracking in lean construction system,BIM cloud platform is introduced to promote multivariate information.Taking high-rise residential projects as an example,the paper,through WBS task breakdown,working time estimation and process,coupled with data acquisition technology plus dynamic tracking control methods,optimizes the LPS schedule planning and control process.Besides,with the aid of materialsupply planning,labor management,vertical and horizontal deployment assistance,timely resource allocation is expected to be achieved.Finally,in the light of domestic implementation problems of BIM application and lean construction system,the paper,through relevant data collection by questionnaire investigation,listed factors that may affect the progress of BIM cloud platform and lean construction management mode.And it,by analyzing the data,finds out the key factors influencing the new schedule management pattern,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,thus serving as a reference to implement the project.This article combines the BIM cloud platform and the advantages of lean construction system of architectural engineer and optimizes the project schedule management of the business process and way of working,thus helping to shorten the construction period,reduce waste,realize the mass transfer efficiency,and at the same time,provide constructive suggestions for the decision-making and implementation.It bears positive significance to promote the project schedule of delicate management.
