The development of modern construction industry pays more and more attention to the introduction of information technology,As the information integration technology,building information model has attracted much attention in recent years,and the establishment of the model is the foundation,information mining and application is the core,Collaborative work is the key.Besides,there are still shortcomings in the modern project management process,such as obsolete management system,poor information technology and low coordination.Therefore,in view of the trend and practical needs,it is necessary to do a research on collaborative management about construction quality based on BIM,so as to achieve the quality objectives of the project.This paper first analyzes and summarizes the collaborative management content of BIM project,and the project construction system engineering is divided into three subsystems from a macro perspective: technology application system,collaborative management system and support service system,and this paper build a network structure model for collaborative quality management of construction based on BIM,explain the evolution process of construction quality collaborative management at all stages of project implementation.What's more,combined with the Logistic model and order parameter principle,the collaborative degree of project management is studied qualitatively and quantitatively,so as to improve the cooperative theory of project management;Secondly,combining CSCW system model and Web collaborative system model,from the aspects of collaborative standardization,system management,task management and information management,the modules of the engineering quality collaborative management system platform are designed,which optimizes the collaborative system architecture of construction project quality control based on BIM;Then,considering the characteristics and advantages of collaborative quality management under BIM platform,this paper set up a performance evaluation system suitable for modern building construction management,and cloud model theory is applied to the quality management performance evaluation of BIM project,so as to solve the randomness and fuzziness in the evaluation process;Finally,the collaborative management of construction quality based on BIM is analyzed in this paper,combined with a library project,the results show that the project has a high degree of synergy and the quality of the project is superior.Researching on construction quality coordination management of BIM project,make it better for cooperative management idea,cooperative management platform and the cooperative management method of the BIM project,which has a certain degree guidance and reference for the construction management of BIM projects in future.
