The automobile industry has developed 100 years, which is mainly the history of transmission. The research on shift schedule of vehicle automatic transmission is a hotspot. The research on shift schedule is very significant from the point of improving vehicle's power, comfort and decreasing fuel consumption.According to the research on shift schedule today, in order to satisfy the driver's shift simulation in vehicle operation simulation, this thesis puts the cloud model which is invented by Academician Li Deyi into the shift schedule for passenger car and derives the cloud model of shift schedule for passenger car in Beijing according to the experimentation on Urban Transient Driving Cycles for Passenger Car in Beijing. The detailed work show as follows:1. Proposes a new method for shift inspection that based on two-dimension planeThe traditional methods of shift identification need many sensors and the installation is complicated, further more, the traditional methods of shift identification adjust to different situation badly, therefore, this thesis puts forward a new method of shift inspection that based on two-dimension plane. This method constitutes the measuring system with two laser sensors and an armor plate with shape L which is fixed on the gearlever. A lot of experimentation utilizes the new method in different roads of Beijing.2. Recording the shift information by a program that in the notepad computer. This method is used to validate the shift identification that derives from the shift inspection that based on two-dimension plane by a lot of experimentation data.3. Analyses the shift inspection method which is based on simple gear-ratio. This method which refers to slip-ratio is just a reference and needs more improvement. Because there are only the information of vehicle speed and motor rotate speed but no wheel speed, so the method's accuracy is low and is difficult to apply in practice.4. Sets up single parameter that is vehicle speed controlled cloud model on shift scheduleVehicle speed controlled cloud model on shift schedule takes the most important factor that vehicle speed as the controlled parameter. The shift, which derives from the cloud model, in correspondence to vehicle speed is random, not immovable. Each shift has corresponding Expected value, Entropy and Hyper entropy. However, the influence on driver's shift is not only vehicle speed parameter, but also throttle pedal degree and vehicle longitudinal acceleration. Therefore, the vehicle speed controlled cloud model on shift schedule has shortcoming.5. Sets up double parameter controlled cloud model on shift scheduleFirst, sets up double parameter controlled cloud model on shift schedule based on vehicle speed and throttle pedal degree. This model not only refers to vehicle speed, but also takes throttle pedal degree as controlled parameter. The two dimension cloud that derives from the double parameter controlled cloud model gives better explanation on shift schedule.Second, sets up double parameter controlled cloud model on shift schedule based on vehicle speed and vehicle longitudinal acceleration,vehicle longitudinal acceleration and throttle pedal degree have high relativity, therefore the shift schedule that derives from this model is similar to the shift schedule that derives from double parameter controlled cloud model on shift schedule based on vehicle speed and throttle pedal degree.At last sets up double parameter controlled cloud model on shift schedule based on throttle pedal degree and vehicle longitudinal acceleration. Because vehicle longitudinal acceleration and throttle pedal degree have high relativity, so the two dimension cloud have superposition which is very difficult to distinguish. In contrast with the first and second cloud model, we can get the conclusion that vehicle speed is a crucial parameter on shift schedule.The uncertain transforming between qualitative concepts and quantitative expressions model which is invented by Academician Li Deyi is a systemic method. This paper only uses a part that is the cloud generating arithmetic. The uncertain transforming between qualitative concepts and quantitative expressions model also including cloud transforming and cloud reasoning. How to identify and reflect shift schedule by cloud transforming or cloud reasoning needs further research.
