Study On The Layout And Optimization Strategy Of Harbin Music Cultural Facilities Based On GIS Technology

Urban music cultural facilities are the carrier for citizens to carry out cultural activities.Economic development and rapid urbanization have made it increasingly difficult for music cultural facilities,which were originally undersized and unevenly distributed,to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of citizens.In national policy constantly promote cultural construction of big political background,this article takes Harbin music cultural facilities as the research object,using literature research method and system analysis,theoretically discusses the rational allocation of urban music culture facilities the ideas and methods,through the study of Harbin music historical and cultural traditions and music culture facilities spatial distribution of regional relations,and introducing the regional characteristics in the design of the urban planning.Meanwhile,the existing music cultural infrastructure space design in Harbin is analyzed,and corresponding construction standards and optimization strategies are proposed.The spatial scope of this paper is mainly based on the main urban area planned in the overall planning of Harbin city(2011-2020),including seven districts in Harbin: daoli district,daowai district,nangang district,xiangfang district,songbei district,hulan district and pingfang district.Basic music cultural facilities were investigated based on the urban areas within the general specifications,and five types of music cultural facilities were extracted,including community type,education type,performance type,recreation type and commercial type.On this basis,factors influencing the development of music cultural facilities in Harbin were summarized.Research from the perspective of cultural facilities in urban music,combining with the characteristics of music culture infrastructure layout,through on-the-spot investigations,Harbin city music culture facilities to make use of GIS technology facilities the fairness of the attraction,accessibility,and carries on the analysis,from the perspective of the facility layout,Harbin music cultural facilities layout in disorder,such as imbalance and failure problems and weaknesses,to Harbin music clear its layout optimization strategy of cultural facilities.By analyzing the layout of music cultural facilities in Harbin,this paper attempts to provide accurate positioning for the development of music cultural facilities in Harbin and provide theoretical basis and empirical support for the balanced development of music cultural facilities in Harbin through the optimization strategy of "overall layout-combination optimization-itemized optimization".
