| Whether the facility layout of an enterprise is scientific and reasonable is very important to the development of the enterprise.HJ Company is a traditional machining enterprise,the original backward production mode has been difficult to meet the market demand for delivery time,quality and cost.Enterprises have been constantly optimizing the original production layout through internal adjustment,but these are only partial changes,which can not completely optimize the layout.This paper takes HJ Company’s new intelligent manufacturing industrial park as the research object.Aiming at the problems existing in the existing facility layout,it uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,SLP facility theory analysis method and unit layout method to study and analyze how to locate the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park,plant facility layout,workshop layout and production unit layout.The old factory site selection of HJ Company is unreasonable,the terrain is irregular and the factory area is uneven,which affects the workshop layout and logistics efficiency.In order to adapt to the company’s subsequent high-quality development,the company decided to relocate and re plan the plant facilities.In the process of facility location,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze and evaluate the influencing factors of the two alternative plant sites,and finally the optimal plant site,the new plant site with convenient transportation and large area,is suitable for the company’s subsequent development strategy.Then according to the systematic facility layout method(SLP theory method),the plant layout of the new intelligent manufacturing industrial park is designed.Based on the technological process of the main products,the logistics relationship and non logistics relationship between the operating units are analyzed.Then the comprehensive relationship between the operating units is analyzed and the comprehensive proximity of the operating units is sorted,Three alternative layout schemes are obtained,and the new plant layout scheme is obtained through the evaluation of three alternative schemes by AHP.Finally,according to the unit production mode,the processing facilities of the typical parts of the machining workshop are arranged.Through the analysis of the processing process,product family division,space occupied,personnel allocation and equipment quantity,the manufacturing unit of the fuel injection pump processing is established.Through the research of this paper,it is concluded that the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is suitable for the selection of plant site,SLP method is suitable for the layout of plant area,and the unit production mode is suitable for the layout of facilities of multi variety and small batch workshops.The research of this paper has a good guidance and reference significance for the new plant area in the location of new plant area,plant area layout and workshop facility layout. |
