Research On Workshop Facilities Layout Planning Of SG Company

In recent years,with the development of society,the development level of China's manufacturing enterprises has been improved,but in the fierce market competition,the development of most small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is particularly difficult.At present,some small manufacturing enterprises are in a weak position in the market competition due to their vague production mode and low production level.Therefore,in the current market environment,in order to survive for a long time,the enterprise must do something.Based on the summary and analysis of the research status and achievements at home and abroad,this paper uses SLP method,that is,systematic layout planning,to analyze the current workshop facilities layout of SG Company,and find out the problems through analysis,so as to solve the problems such as unreasonable workshop facilities layout and resource waste of SG Company.This paper studies the layout planning of workshop facilities in SG Company,analyzes the logistics and non logistics,location and area of workshop units respectively,puts forward the optimization scheme design for the current facility layout planning problem,and evaluates and analyzes the improved optimization scheme by using the weighted factor method,and find out the better facility layout scheme of SG Company.In workshop facility layout optimization design is put forward,on the basis of using the Flexsim simulation software,according to the optimized scheme to the simulation modeling of workshop facilities layout,through continuous adjustment of related parameters in the process of modeling and facilities,let between each production unit can run smoothly,ensure that every unit of logistics to maximize production efficiency,make any production line can close coordination between,will not appear in the production of waste of resources,and the simulation results,a more perfect after fully analysis on the result,get a ideal optimization scheme,achieve the goal of workshop facilities layout optimization,Thus,the production efficiency of SG workshop is improved,which provides certain reference significance for improving SG workshop facility layout optimization.
