Study On Strategy Of The Public Music Space Construction In Music City Harbin

As the human society enters the post-industrialization era,culture becomes more and more important and the spirit and culture needs of residents also gradually increase under the intensification of contradiction between global economic integration and localization.At the same time,with the development of modern society,the social differentiation becomes more and more serious.In communities,more and more people don't know about their neighbors,and the sense of belonging of community residents is weaken,which has become an important issue that needs to be solved during community development process.Community music activity,as an active and elegant form of community cultural activity,has extremely high contagiousness and expressive power.They have significant effects on meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of residents,breaking social barriers and achieving social fairness.As a city of music,Harbin has rich music activities.However,in terms of urban planning,its public music spaces are lack of systematic,integrative and universal planning,especially showing in the aspect of community.The lacking and disorder of public music spaces do not match with the vigorous development of community music activities,which is not conducive to the inheritance and development of Harbin's music culture.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis put forward strategies for Harbin to build public music space in community.By optimizing the quantity and quality of community public music space,to improve various problems and contradictions that may occur when conducting music activities in combination with management measures.Providing a sound space and facilities for Harbin's music activities in community,so as to promote community residents' sense of belonging through urban design ways,as well as to carry forward the reputation of the music city of Harbin.The key point of this research is about optimizing the construction strategies for community music space in Harbin.First of all,the article determines the direction and related concepts of research topics.Then,according to the key words of community,music and public space,it explains the theories and methods of constructing community public space,and studies the connotation,classification,features and design points of music space,and compares and summarizes the similarities and differences of the community music activities and their venues between domestic and overseas,and presents the characteristics of the community public music space.Based on the above content,it takes the community music space of the music city of Harbin as research objects,and it summarizes the demand and evaluation of Harbin residents on community public music space and the problems and deficiencies existed through field researches and questionnaire surveys.According to the problems and needs,the research proposes optimizing strategies from three aspects in terms of city planning.First,proposing the optimizing suggestions for currently lacked standards,including reasonable structure levels,the configuration of systematic functions and the proposed scale of land use.Second,it proposes the specific strategies for selecting location and spatial layout from the aspect of space layout.Finally,it provides targeted optimizing strategies for land configuration.At the same time,it proposes specific design strategies for the spatial forms,environment facilities,atmosphere and acoustic environment of community public music space from the perspective of urban designing.At last,it puts forward a series of management methods to ensure that community music public spaces can be constructed smoothly.
