With the development of China urban society and economy,the tertiary industry,dominated by the service industry,accounts for an increasing proportion.The spatial resource allocation and planning layout of public service facilities under the function of the tertiary industry is one of the main contents of urban planning.However,currently there is a lack of quantitative and scientific methods and means in this field in my country.As one of the core industries,the cultural industry includes complex and diverse types of industries.The music culture industry has its unique industrial chain structure and development model,and is a cultural industry with high development potential.However,the needs of music culture are highly individual,and it is difficult to fully and finely understand and express the city’s music culture needs,as well as the layout characteristics and spatial structure of the city’s music culture facilities,only relying on subjective cognition and music industry theory.This problem leads to urban planning,when planning the layout of cultural facilities under music culture and other types,more relies on the experience of planners and indifferent per capita indicators,and the methods have certain limitations.This study is based on the open data of websites selling tickets for live music events on the Internet,and extracts three indicators of the number of city performance venues,the frequency of music performance activities,and the ticket price of music performance activities to express the prosperity of urban music performance activities.Among them,the number and scale of performance venues and the frequency of performance activities reflect the city’s demand for music and cultural performances,and the ticket prices of m usical performance activities reflect the scale and level of music and cultural activities.The indicators are normalized and the hierarchical clustering method is used to divide the cities recorded by the ticketing website data into four levels of prosperity of music and cultural activities.Subsequently,this study added open source map points of interest data materials as a supplement to improve the type classification of music and cultural facilities and realize the classification of the city’s main fun ctional industries.Subsequently,the analysis and research on the spatial layout characteristics of various music and cultural facilities are carried out from four aspects: the measurement of the spatial agglomeration of various music and cultural facilities,the accessibility of performance facilities,the spatial distribution of the music and cultural industry chain group,and the selection of industry facilities with high relevance to the music and cultural space.Based on the classification results of the prosperity of music cultural activities,this paper compares the differences within the groups of the spatial layout analysis results of the above four levels of music cultural facilities from the four levels,and then conducts the feature mining of the differences between the levels,and based on the planning The decision-making mechanism divides the spatial layout characteristics into four categories: general commonality,general personality,partial commonality,and local personality,forming the law of the spatial layout of music cultural facilities.The overall and common characteristics of music cultural facilities are: the number of various musical cultural facilities decreases in order of consumption,science and education,supply,performance,and transmission type,and those that are highly related to music culture in space include science,education and culture.A total of 8 types of facilities including venues and western restaurants.The overall and individual characteristics are the hierarch ical characteristics of various musical cultural facilities and musical cultural industry chain groups.The local and common features are: performance facilities have the highest spatial accessibility in the city center.The local and individual characteristics are the different characteristics of music cultural facilities in different grades and types.Based on the above four types of characteristics,the spatial laws that guide the planning of music cultural facilities are obtained,and a planning decision-making process is formed to assist the decision-making of the construction scale and spatial layout in the planning of urban music cultural facilities.This study uses Internet open data to explore the spatial layout characteristics of urban public service facilities,which to a certain extent broadens the possibility of urban public service facility planning research,and provides decision-making information support for urban public service facility layout planning.Obtain data through Internet ticketing websites,extract indicators used to reflect the prosperity of music activities,and classify the recorded cities.Refer to the city classification information to summarize and refine the spatial layout characteristics of the city’s music and cultural facilities.Finally,based on the differences between and within groups of the spatial layout characteristics of different levels of cities,and around different planning decision-making mechanisms,the rules of spatial layout are further summarized to provide auxiliary decision-making information for the city to add music and cultural facilities.
