Design Research Of Function Space Of Nursing Buildings In Winter Cities

China has entered aging society since 1990s,the next decades will be critical period of accelerated development of aging.According to an authoritative department that the total amount of Chinars elderly population is about 2050 more than 400 million,the level of aging will advance to more than 30%.With the intensification of Chinars aging population,and changes of the current social and family structures,a large elderly population requirements for pension model began to shift,such as the demand for building conservation category is imminent.The currently prevailing level of nursing homes is backward,single function,aging facilities and other issues,can not cope well with the old people.This means both the pension mode,or building mode.Winter cities has bad influence on nursing activities on environment and climate,this result in speciaties on function design.The essay focus on nursing buildings in winter cities,according to winter cities'climate and local features,and anaylysis anging people's physical and psychological needs,get winter cities factors,function mode,space consititute,and developing,etc.Proposed conservation building function space three design principles:the principle of conservation of old fitness,functional complex principle,be suitable for winter cities principle,and from the "winter city","function","space" angle developed nursing buildings design strategies.Finally nursing homes aged care building for the actual case to practice,designed to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for scientific and design of the nursing buildings.
