| At present,the situation of aging population in our country is becoming more and more serious.The huge population base and the accelerating aging process pose a huge challenge to the stability of our society and the development of economy.Under the impact of population migration and structural adjustment,the traditional home-based pension model shows its great deficiency in the aspect of pension.How to meet the needs of the elderly living and living It’s a real problem we have to face.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part: through the analysis of the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,it discusses the needs of the elderly for the public space,and provides the research direction for the design of the public space of the nursing home.The public space of the nursing home is mainly divided into indoor and outdoor parts.If the indoor public space mainly meets the rigid needs of the elderly’s living life,the outdoor public space focuses on the environmental space Both of them are the main contents of the public space design of the nursing home.The second part: through the summary and analysis of the three cases,understand the overall framework and scheme conception of the design of the nursing home,make a horizontal comparison,learn advanced design concepts and techniques,and provide guiding principles for the transformation of the nursing home.The third part: Taking Minkang old-age home of Weihui City as a case,the paper designs the public space and outdoor environment space of the old-age home building.Aiming at the problems and deficiencies in the current old-age home,it puts forward specific improvement measures,which plays a role of deepening and guiding the overall design of the old-age home.I hope that through the continuous improvement and improvement of the public space design of the nursing home,the quality of the living environment of the elderly can be effectively improved,so as to create a warm and comfortable happy home for the elderly. |
